This is the v1 placeholder Terms of Service shipped with the SaaS Template boilerplate. Deployments replace this file with their own legal-reviewed text before going to production.

Acceptance

By using this service you agree to these terms.

Subscription and billing

Subscription plans, billing cycles, and refund terms are documented at /app/billing. The customer is responsible for keeping payment information current.

Acceptable use

The customer may not use the service to violate applicable law or to abuse the platform's other customers.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement subject to the notice period documented in the order form.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" subject to the limitations of liability documented in the order form.

Governing law

The agreement is governed by the law named in the order form.
